Leo Lisovskis – 71 of Osceola Wisconsin, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on February 11th, 2019. Leo was born on March 19, 1947 in a Displaced Person camp in Hanau Germany, as his family fled Latvia during the Second World War. He and his family immigrated to the United States a few years later and began their new lives in Nebraska.

Leo and family eventually moved to St. Paul Minnesota.
