Obituary for Leslie Lee Swift Leslie Lee Swift, 66, of Interlachen, passed from this life on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka following an extended illness. He was a native of Harford, MD and had worked as a cabinet maker. He enjoyed woodworking, playing guitar and playing horseshoes.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Alvira Swift and brother, Wayne Swift. He is survived by his daughter, LeeAnn Fine (Brian), siblings, Rickey Eugene Swift, Linda Swift Cooper, Daniel Morris and Harold Kelly Swift, Jr., grandchildren, Nelson-Lee Kisner, Morgan Fine and Daniel Fine and great-grandchild, Lily Mae Bruce-Kisner. No services are scheduled at this time.
