Leslie Shayne Miller, 49, of Shelburn, Indiana passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018. She was born in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Robert Terriel Miller and Judy Rae Southwood Miller. Leslie was an LPN.

Survivors include her parents, Terry and Judy Miller of Shelburn, Indiana, three sons, Kody Basinger (Ashley), J.T. Basinger and Dawson Basinger all of Terre haute, Indiana, a daughter, Keri Rodriguez of Washington, Indiana, step daughter, Jessica Reece (Caleb) of Oklahoma, four brothers, Shawn Miller, Brett Miller, Jared Miller (Suzanne Lewis) and Joel Miller (Lyndsey Moore) all of Shelburn, Indiana, two sisters Rachel Miller (Dustin Cox) and Sarah Wence both of Shelburn, Indiana, and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Shelburn American Legion in Shelburn, Indiana. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
