Lester’s Obituary Lester Walter Smith, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in Sebring, Florida with his family by his side. He was born May 9, 1944 in Springfield, Massachusetts to the late Lester and Velma (Thomas) Smith. He was a member of the National Guard, had been a resident since 2003, and attended the Church of the Redeemer in Avon Park.

He is survived by his Wife, Lucindia Smith of Sebring, FL; Daughter, Darlene Reimert; Sister, Deloras Ann Pratt; and Brother, Steven Smith. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Meals on Wheels or to Church of the Redeemer.
