Mary Elizabeth “Libbie” Beason Cole, 72, passed away on April 29, 2019. A native of Greer, daughter of the late Clyde McCoy and Helen White Beason, she was a member of Victor Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Ralph Cole of the home; two brothers, Dr. Bill Beason of Boone, NC and Jerry Beason of Taylors; one sister, Joyce Deyoung of Greer and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cole was predeceased by one sister, Linda Rowe. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Mountain View Cemetery conducted by Rev. Ken Vickery and Rev.

Keith Kelly. Visitation will be held 12:00-1:30 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary. Memorials may be made to Victor Baptist Church, 121 New Woodruff Road, Greer, SC 29651.
