Librado M. Aranda passed away at San Juan Regional Medical Center on May 29, 2019. He was born on April 15, 1930 in Coyote, NM to Antonio and Teobalda Aranda. He is survived by his partner and best friend Julie Montoya; sons Larry Aranda, Tommy (Diane) Aranda and Albert (Starla) Aranda; daughters Norma (Gary) Tidwell and Cordy Singleton; grandchildren Candi (Dean) Moffett, Carlos (Yvonne) Singleton, Anthony (Shaun) Aranda, Brandyn (Amberly) Aranda, Melanie Aranda, Mitchel Aranda, Derek Aranda, Eli Aranda, Edward Aranda, Emmitt Aranda, Eddy Aranda, Eric Montoya, Angelo Tafoya; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, Julie’s Family and all who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his son Jake Aranda and his parents and siblings. A rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 31, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Aztec. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 10:30am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Aztec.

Pallbearers will be Carlos Singleton, Anthony Aranda, Shaun Patterson, Brandyn Aranda, Drayson Aranda, and Kyler Aranda.
