Obituary for Mrs. Lillian I. Gilbert Lillian I. Gilbert, 72, of Port Sanilac formerly of Port Huron, passed away on November 29, 2018 in her home with her family by her side. She was born on August 13, 1946 in Port Huron, daughter of the late William and Nettie Morden. Lillian married Clifford A. Gilbert.

He passed away on 2004. She graduated from Port Huron High School. Lillian was a longtime employee of Troy Cleaners and Sanilac County HDC.

She enjoyed gardening, outdoor activities. Lillian was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lillian is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William (Susan) Gilbert of Lexington; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne (Shelly) Gilbert of Kimball; son, Gregory Gilbert of Croswell; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and several brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Gilbert. Lillian was preceded in death by a son, Scott Gilbert. A Memorial service will be at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are in care of Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Ave. , Port Huron. Memorial tributes may be made to Sanilac County HDC.
