Linda’s Obituary Linda L. Waggoner, 73, passed away on January 30, 2019 in Avon Park, FL. Linda was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to parents Raymond and Juanita Smith on October 11, 1945. Linda lived most of her life in Tulsa, working for the Tulsa County Election Board for over ten years before moving to Florida in 2014 to be closer to her children.

Linda was of Baptist faith and attended Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church. Linda had a strong and abiding faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Linda loved her family, and she will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Kerri (Scott) Martin, Ft. Myers, FL, son Michael (Lisa) Waggoner, Avon Park, FL, sister Janice Bradshaw and brother Walter Smith, both of Tulsa, and grandchildren Landen, Kennedy and Delaney. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 8th at 1:00 p.m. at Bougainvillea Cemetery in Avon Park, FL.
