OBITUARY Linda May Long January 23, 1942 – January 21, 2019 Linda May Long, 76, resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, January 21, 2019. Linda was born January 23, 1942 in Tampa, Florida to Edgar and Thelma Joyner. Her family eventually moved to Bakersfield, California where she met and married the love of her life, Frank J. Long on September 4, 1957.

Linda enjoyed shopping; especially the shopping networks like HSN and QVC. She and her sister would talk for hours on the phone watching TV and talking about what they were going to buy! She enjoyed making silk flower arrangements, cooking, of course she had to have all the latest kitchen gadgets!

She and Frank enjoyed going to the casino and often went to Vegas.
