Linda Mayer, 68, of Hudson, NH, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019, following a lengthy illness. She was born November 30, 1950 in Dorchester, MA, daughter of the late John and Marie (King) Deane. Linda will be met by them in heaven, along with her dear son Luke, who passed away in 1984.

Linda enjoyed watching Days of our Lives as well as the Game Show Network. She was a big fan of playing Wheel of Fortune on her phone, playing BINGO, and was one heck of a rummy player, she always seemed to win. A cold Dunkin’s iced coffee was one of her favorite accessories and she was very particular about how it was made.

When a Dunks wasn’t available, a Diet Coke could hit the spot too. Linda adored her children and grandchildren. The family will always treasure the happiness they shared together.

Linda’s loving family includes three sons and a daughter; William Mayer, and his wife Katie, of Manchester, NH, Tamara Mayer, and her fiancé Jeff Pearce, of Little River, SC, John Mayer, and his fiancé, Ashley Owens, of Little River, SC, Brandon Mayer, of Nashua NH, six grandchildren; Jaxson Mayer of Manchester, NH, Jayden and Mason Pearce of Little River, SC, Lilith Mayer, Julian Mayer and Arabella Mayer of Little River, SC, as well as nine siblings; Alison Douglas, Bonnie Maling, Nancy Kather, Paul Deane, Michael Deane, John Deane, Timothy Deane, Thomas Deane and David Deane, and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd from 4pm-6:30pm with a Service of Remembrance beginning at 6:30pm in the DUMONT-SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 50 FERRY ST. , IN HUDSON.

A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, April 3rd at 11am in Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Ave. , Jamaica Plain, MA. All may please meet at the cemetery.
