Linda Lyvers, 72, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY. The Louisville, KY native was a homemaker, former foster parent and member of Concord United Methodist Church. She was a daughter of the late William Owen Powell, Sr. and Ruby Lucille Hines Jackman.

She is survived by her husband: Bob Lyvers, Scottsville, KY; 2 sons: William Jones and Jesse Lyvers, both of Scottsville, KY; 1 daughter: Katie Lyvers, Scottsville, KY; 5 sisters: Mary Hanson, Zelda Spalding and Doretta Jones, all of Louisville, KY; Kaleta Brown, Hawaii and Nardella McFarland, Martinsville, IN; 5 grandchildren: Ashley, Anthony, Vicky, Aidan and Scarlette. She was preceded in death by a son: Scott Jones and 1 brother: William Powell, Jr. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation was chosen.
