Robbie Cornwell, 54, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, February 22, 2019 at his residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a U. S. Army veteran of Desert Storm and a member of Shady Grove General Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Rondel Dean Cornwell and Dottie Sue McGuffey Cornwell, who survives.

He is survived by his wife: Melinda Cornwell, Scottsville, KY; 1 son: Josh Cornwell, Lafayette, TN; His mother: Dottie Cornwell, Scottsville, KY; His sister: Donna Haven and husband, Charles, Scottsville, KY; 2 nephews: Jeremy Haven and Logan Haven, both of Scottsville, KY; 2 step sons: Justin Brown and wife, Jamie, Woodburn, KY and Jeremy Brown and wife, April, Scottsville, KY; 1 step daughter: Kellie Carter and husband, Mitch, Scottsville, KY; 8 step grandchildren. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Hinton officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery with military honors by Glasgow DAV Chapter #20.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time.
