Obituary of Linda East Bedford – Linda L. East, 74, of Bedford, died at 3:00 am on Wednesday, January 02, 2019 at I.U. Health Hospice House in Bloomington. Born August 27, 1944 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Holland) East. She retired as an assembly worker for General Motors.

Survivors include two daughters, Debra Smith and husband, Marty, of Bedford and Christie Maddox and husband, Stephen, of Heltonville; three grandchildren, Ashli Adams, of Indianapolis, Garrett Smith and Delanie Smith both of Bedford; one great grandchild, Abe Lyle Adams; two sisters, Moneta Bush, of Clarksville and Rosalie Brangers, of Louisville, KY; a brother, Fred East, of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents and a twin brother, Mike East. Burial will be at Gilgal Cemetery in Heltonville.
