Obituary of Marilyn Conrad Marilyn Jean Conrad, born April 15, 1932, in Silverville, Indiana, formerly of Jeffersonville and Ramsey, Indiana, died February 13, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. Preceding her in death were her parents, Beryl and Frances (Owens) Pruett, husband, James E. Conrad, brothers, Robert D. Pruett, James G. Pruett and step-daughter, Sandra Telfer. She is survived by daughter, Susan Tobias Youngs, son, James D. Fishel and step-daughter, Sherry Brandon.

Grandchildren, Carey Flynn (Paul), Nicholas Brandon, Jacqueline, Theodore and Rachel Fishel. Great grandchildren, Cameron and Connor Ferwerda. Also surviving her are sisters, Mary Lou Thompson, Barbara Hillenburg, and brother, David Pruett.

Jean was a leading real estate agent at the former Bass & Weisberg agency and later President of the Southern Indiana Board of Realtors. She was a great trivia buff, always astounding family and friends with her extensive knowledge of all things trivia. She was a voracious reader, crossword puzzle worker and Indiana University sports fan.

A private burial service will be Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Silverville, Indiana. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
