Benson: Ms. Lisa Redmond Karger, age 54, of 109 Phyllis Drive died Thursday, July 5, 2018 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Ms. Karger was born March 7, 1964 in Pennsylvania to the late Charles Roland and Ann Voncannon Redmond.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Samantha Nichole Karger. Ms. Karger was a homemaker and a member of Oliver’s Grove Baptist Church in Four Oaks. Surviving are son, Richard Thomas “Kolby” Wood of Benson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oliver’s Grove Baptist Church, 8715 US Hwy 301 S. Four Oaks, NC 27524 or to In His Hands Pregnancy Support Center, PO Box 1687, Smithfield, NC 27577.
