Lloyd “Earl”‘s Obituary Lloyd “Earl” Myers, 85, of Scottown, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky. Mr. Myers was born October 12, 1933, in Lecta, Ohio, a son to the late Allen Oliver and Nellie Pearl (Davis) Myers. Mr. Myers was a graduate of Waterloo High School, and a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was a self-employed farmer, a member of Ohio Laborers working construction on pipeline and retired from Symmes Valley Local Schools as a bus driver. He was a member of Fox Fairview Baptist Church in Scottown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: four sisters: Marie Wass, Maxine Massie, Mae Capper and Ivaden Holchun four brothers: Sam, Roy, Dale and Jim Myers Earl is survived by: two daughters: Connie (Kenneth) Callicoat of Scottown, OH and Teresa Osborne of Ironton, OH sister: Elanor Roach of Springfield, OH four grandchildren: Steven Callicoat, of Willow Wood, OH, Erica Callicoat of Ironton, OH, Chad Cartmell of Ironton and Kimmi Osborne of Ironton, OH two great grandchildren: Tyler Stapleton and Hunter Bruce both of Ironton, OH Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South 7th Street, Ironton, Ohio with Pastor Darrell Fowler officiating.
