Mrs. Lois A. White, 70, of Box Springs, GA, passed away on November 13, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services will be private. Mrs. White was born May 23, 1948 in Edmeston, NY to the late Jesse A. Stone and Kathryn E. Marks Stone.

She was a member of Oakland Church of God. Mrs. White enjoyed crocheting, painting, macramé, and walking outside and gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jackson White, a sister, Doris Dauchy and a brother, Larry Stone.

Survivors include a daughter, Jayne Ginney and her husband, Michael of Box Springs, GA; a brother, Jerry Stone and his wife, Kathy of North Pole, AK; two sisters, Mary Coones and her husband, Dave of Wake Forest, NC and Eileen Parslow and her husband Bob of Leonardsville, NY; seven grandchildren, Michael Ginney, Jr., Nathan Rose, Jennifer Ginney, Arianna White, Jacqueline Smith, Jordan White and Jacob Jipson; five great-grandchildren, Bentley Ginney, Addilyn Ginney, Seun Rose, Jackson Rose and Blake Rose; a brother-in-law, Walt Dauchy of Burlington Flats, NY; a sister-in-law, Susan Stone of Berea, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Watson-Tante Funeral Home, 1052 Dr. Deryl Hart Road, Buena Vista, GA 31803 is in charge of the arrangements.
