Lois Ann Mieras, age 84, of Spring Lake passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Mercy Hospital. Lois was born April 5, 1934 in Grand Haven to the late Donald and Harriet (Grevel) Vander Wal. She married William Mieras June 11, 1966 in Spring Lake.

Lois lived in Spring Lake all of her life and was employed for the Chevrolet Dealerships in Grand Haven for over 61 years, retiring in 2007. She was a former member of Christ Community Church of Spring Lake, loved to bowl, was an avid fisherman, and a member of the Little Lassie’s Softball Team. Lois is survived by her loving husband, William; sister, Karen L. Kolberg of Athens, TX; step-sister, Millicent Roelof of Muskegon; several nieces and nephews; and her dear friend, Martha Darcy of Nunica.

She was preceded in death by her brothers-in-law; Kurt Kolberg and Donald Roelof; and step-brothers, Clifford and Kenneth Vander Stelt. The Funeral Service for Lois will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Interment will be in Spring Lake Cemetery.
