OBITUARY Lois Arlene Sargent October 9, 1924 – October 13, 2018 Lois Arlene Sargent, 94, of Ormond Beach died on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Bridgeview Center. Lois was born in 1924 in Dexter, Maine. She moved to Florida from Maine in 1969.

Lois retired as a Nurse after 27 years with Florida Hospital. Her co-workers jokingly knew Lois as “Sarg”. She enjoyed sewing, painting, baking and genealogy.

Her husband Elwin Sargent preceded Lois in death in 2001. Her daughter, Valerie Albright and son Jim Sargent; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren survive her. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 12:00PM at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home-Ormond Beach, 548 N. Nova Rd.

, Ormond Beach. Family will receive friends on Monday October 22, 2018, from 11:00AM until service time. Entombment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Gotha, FL.
