Lois Elizabeth Brook, age 71, of Carrollton, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was born on April 6, 1947, in Atlanta to Henry and Lilly (Congo) Black. She worked in accounts receivable for Sewing Sales and Service.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bernard Brook. She is survived by: daughter, Angie Waters of Carrollton; sons, Mike Brook and his wife, Nanette, of Carrollton, Scott Brook and his wife, Candice, of Villa Rica, and Wayne Brook, and his wife, Kim, of Carrollton; sisters, Donna Abercrombie and her husband, Robert, of Carrollton and Diane Whitehead of Temple; brother, Danny Black of Franklin, NC; eight grandchildren, Miranda, Brandon, Courtney and Dylan Brook, Jessie Bailey, Jacob Hollis, Mitchell Moore, and Isabella Ratner and three great grandchildren, Kailyn, Bryson, and Merci Bailey. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018, in the chapel of Holly Hill Funeral Home.

Pastor Chris Jiles will officiate. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 14, from 5:00-8:00 pm.
