Lois M. Lenz, 94, of Oak Harbor, died Monday morning, September 10, 2018, at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton. Lois was born December 26, 1923, in rural Oak Harbor, Ohio, to Lawrence J. and Eva (Short) Kroeger. On August 23, 1972, in Oak Harbor she married James L. Lenz, who preceded her in death April 18, 2003.

She previously worked at Foremetal in Oak Harbor and helped her husband on their farm. She was a member of the Elmore Golden Oldies, the Oak Harbor Senior Center, and for over 50 years a member of the Eastern Stars.

Lois is survived by nieces and nephews, Deborah Kroeger, Kathy Duck, David Kroeger, Daniel Kroeger and Diana Grant; grandchildren, Steven, Robert, Sandy, Connie and Beth; and great grandchildren, Michael, Cody, Jeremy, Paul, Amanda, Kevin, Brooke, Teresa and Niki. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Howard R. Held, Victor R. McClanahan and James Lenz, son, Willard McClanahan, grandson, Edward McClanahan, and sister, Ruth Duck. Funeral services for Lois will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 14, 2018, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 9775 W. Oak Harbor SE Rd.

, Oak Harbor with Pastor Cheryl Wessel officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.

Memorials for Lois may be given to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor. Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor is assisting the family with arrangements.
