OBITUARY Lois Loretha Floyd August 25, 1926 – December 1, 2018 On Saturday, December 1, 2018, Lois Loretha Floyd of Washington DC. Beloved Aunt of Tony , Teddy, Lanier, Gene and Ronald Cooper. Sister of the Late Julia and Beulah Cooper and Virginia Cosby.

She is also survived by many other loving family and friends. Services and Inurnment will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., Elkridge, MD.
