OBITUARY Loretta Barnes February 21, 1925 – September 24, 2018 Loretta Barnes, 93, passed away on September 24, 2018. She was born on February 21, 1925 in Middlesboro Kentucky, the daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie Mae Gray. She was married to Leo A Barnes and worked as a Nurse’s Aide at St. Anne’s Nursing Home until her retirement in 1996.

She was a collector of dolls and various keepsakes. She is survived by her son, Mike (Twila) Barnes; grandchildren, Jerry Barnes, Cheryl Rhodus, Holli Barnes; 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Leo Barnes; and 5 siblings.

Funeral service will take place on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 2pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave. , Fort Wayne, In 46805. Visitation will also be on Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM.

Burial will take place in Woodburn Mennonite Cemetery, Woodburn, Indiana.
