Lori Lee Buckley August 07, 1965 – May 15, 2019 Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Lori Lee Buckley of Farmington, NH, passed away Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 at her home. She was surrounded by so much love with her husband, children, siblings, and niece by her side. Lori was born August 7th, 1965 in Amesbury, MA to Yvonne (Randall) Lamott and the late Ernest “Skippy” Gosselin, and was also raised by her loving step-father, George Lamott Sr
She attended Winnacunnet High School, and later graduated from New Hampshire Community Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She married the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Buckley on December 30th, 1995. Together they liked to visit Foxwoods Casino in CT, play bingo, take trips to the family camp in Stark, NH, and go fishing.
Growing up she worked in the family restaurant, enjoyed roller skating as a kid, and spent many evenings playing cards with her siblings and their spouses. She liked to go shopping for great deals and especially loved spending time with her many grandbabies. Lori loved having people over for cookouts and parties.
Lori will always be remembered for having an open door and a loving home to anyone who needed a place to stay or an ear to listen. She was a haven for many of her children’s friends and for all of her large family. Lori is survived by her husband Chuck of 23 years, her mother, Yvonne Lamott, of Farmington, NH, her children, Kristan Allen and husband, Ian, of Farmington, NH, Jackie Herriage and husband, Clay, of Odessa, TX, Thomas Fuller and wife, Meredith, of Gulf Breeze, FL, and Debbie Fuller and wife, Sarah MacMillan, of Rochester, NH, Shane Buckley and wife, Jody, of Rochester, NH, Brad Buckley, of Farmington, NH, Ryan Skowronski of San Antonio, TX, and Randy Skowronski.
Lori is survived as well by her sisters Donna Scripture and husband, Lenny, of Rochester, NH, Cathy O’Connell and husband, Ron, of Rochester, NH, Evie Brodeur and husband, Mike, of Middleton, NH, and her brother Georgie Lamott of Farmington, NH. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and her grand-kitties, Tucker and Hyde. Lori was predeceased by her step-father, George Lamott Sr., father, Ernest Gosselin, her siblings, Ernest “Buddy” Gosselin, Arthur “General” Gosselin, Glen Gosselin, and Charlene Gosselin.
Lori’s amazing life will be celebrated by her massive extended family and friends at her home at 28 Orange Street, Farmington NH, on Saturday May 18th, at 1 pm. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Cancer Society in her honor.
