Obituary for Ms. Lorine Arvie Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte, LA, for Ms. Lorine Arvie, 79, who entered eternal rest, Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at her residence in Ville Platte, LA. Interment will be in St. Paul Baptist Cemetery in Ville Platte, LA. Bishop Charles Frank will officiate at the service.
Ms. Arvie is survived by her son, Clement Slaughter of Ville Platte, LA; two daughters, Caroline Arvie Zachary (David) and Cynthia Frank (Alvin) both of Ville Platte and a host of extended family members and friends. Ms. Arvie was preceded in death by her parents, Simon & Octecia Arvie, Jr. and a son, Casey Slaughter. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home in Ville Platte, LA.
