Lorraine M. Vargas; 68 of Manchester, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 17, 2018 at CMC Hospital. Born on December 14, 1949 in Boston, MA; she was the daughter of the late Eli Corbin and Hazel (Smith) Adams. Lorraine worked as a baker for Market Basket in Hooksett for the last seven years.

She enjoyed knitting, going on Ferry boat rides, motorcycle rides and cooking. Spending time outdoors or the mother/daughter trips she took with Courtney meant the world to her. She is survived by her husband Daniel Vargas of Manchester, with whom she shared 37 years of marriage with.

Her daughter Courtney Vargas and boyfriend Marc of Lee, her brother, Raymond Corbin of MA, sisters, Elyce Catudal and her husband Phil of FL and Sandy Reardon of FL as well as several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 at the Petit-Roan Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke. Relatives and friends may gather prior to the service at 11:30am and following the service until 2:00pm.
