Lorretta (Colleran) Turner, age 81 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. She was a long time member of Chapel Church. She was a strong woman of faith who enjoyed reading her Bible, helping others, walking and crocheting as well a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother (GG Mom).

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Anna Colleran, sister Dolores DeGalleford, brother Jerome Colleran, sons Fred Jr. and John Turner. She is survived by her daughters Linda Albritton, Brenda Gardner, Karen Hurst, Dolores Fraley; sons James (Cheryl) Turner and Joseph Turner, her sister Patricia Long and sister in law Martha Colleran, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear loving friends. Visitation is Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 3 to 9 pm with funeral service on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 2 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road).
