Obituary for Mr. Louis Brock Louis Brock was born on May 10, 1948 in Pitt County to the late Osiana Brock and the late Garfield Carmon. He went on to Glory with his heavenly father on September 1, 2018. Louis attended Roberson Union High School in Winterville, North Carolina.

Louis worked at J.B. Johnson Nursing Home in Washington, DC. Louis joined Good Hope Freewill Baptist Church in Winterville, NC at an early age. He later moved his membership to True Way Baptist Church in Farmville, NC and served on the usher board until his health failed.

Louis loved his daughter, Jacuetta Richardson, and lived with her the last four years of his life. He loved dancing and enjoyed having fun with his family and friends. Louis was a very sociable and outgoing person.

He loved his wife Mabelene Brock dearly. Louis is preceded in death by, his mother, Osiana Brock; his father, Garfield Carmon; Joe Louis Brock, Bruce Brock, and Mable Edwards. Louis leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Jacuetta Richardson; his wife, Mabelene Brock; step-children, Jasmine Payton, Quinton Payton, Trenton Payton; five grandchildren; one brother, Aaron Charles Edwards; mother-in-law, Retha Harris; brother-in-law, William Payton; sister-inlaw, Diane Keys; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
