OBITUARY Louis R. Baldi May 13, 1916 – September 6, 2018 FRANKLIN – Louis R. Baldi, 102, passed away Thursday evening, September 6, 2018 at the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton. He was born in Concord on May 13, 1916 a son of Angelo and Leopolda (Battini) Baldi. He attended local schools.

Louis was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army. Following the war, he worked for Page Belting for over fifty years, retiring in 1980. Louis was a life member of the Concord Post American Legion and the Concord VFW.

A passionate golfer, Louis was a longtime member of Beaver Meadow Golf Club in Concord. He was predeceased by his wife, Sylvia in 2006; 3 brothers, Joseph, Charles and Carlo and a sister, Teresa Gagliardi. Louis is survived by his daughter, Shirley Mason and her husband Don of Bow, his son, Louis R. Baldi, Jr. and his wife, Kate of Seminole, FL and 2 grandchildren, Steven Baldi of CT and Erika Baldi of VA and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 with a visitation one hour prior from 10am-11am at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main Street, Concord. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bennett Funeral Home of Concord, NH.
