Louise passed away on September 5, 2018. She was born on March 14, 1932 to Cuthbert and Wenona Herter. She married William C “Bill” Myers on April 7, 1951 and they had two children, Rick and Robin.

She is survived by her husband Bill and son Rick (Junetta) Myers and Robin (Stephen) Jackson. She also has five grand children; Rebecca Stewart (Jeremy) Richard Tobia Myers (Christina) Jessica Nesby (Tony) David Neil Goodwin (Jessica) and Anna Shinneman (Michael). Louise also had 12 great-grandchildren Louise worked at Roots, Walker Electric, Pfizers and ended her career at Regional Hospital.

After retirement she spent her time in her wood shop or golfing. Her and Bill loved traveling and finding golf courses all over the United States. Visitation for Louise will be held Tuesday September 11 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at DeBaun Springhill Chapel with a memorial service.

Burial at New Harmony Cemetery will follow. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Farmer’s Chapel.
