Louise Carol Dyer, 76, Carthage, MO, passed away Wednesday morning, December 19, 2018 at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, MO. Carol was born June 3, 1942 in Carthage, MO to the late John Calvin Dyer and Nadine Faye (Russell) Dyer. She was a 1960 graduate of Carthage High School.

Carol worked as a nurses aid, an EMT and a ward clerk for McCune Brooks Hospital in Carthage for 32 years. Survivors include one daughter, Jonan Shaw, Anderson, MO; one brother David Dyer, Carthage, MO; two sisters, JoAnna… Read More » “Jody” Kyte, Carthage, MO, and Lawana Lovekamp, Carthage, MO; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nephews and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin brother, John Dyer.

Funeral services will be held 11 am, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Knell Mortuary, Carthage. Interment will follow at Red Oak Cemetery, east of Carthage. Rev.
