Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 25, 2019, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev.

Andy Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Reynolds Cemetery in Shelbyville. Mrs. Wagstaff was born February 13, 1934, in Shelby County, to Walter Wilburn and Cynthia Payne Wilburn.

She loved taking care of her family and traveling. Mrs. Wagstaff was a member of Center First United Pentecostal Church. She is survived by her children, Roger Wagstaff and wife Linda of the Dreka Community of Shelby County, Debbie Wagstaff Lansford and husband Mark of Lufkin; grandchildren, Justin Wagstaff and wife Scharla of Shelbyville, Jada Jones and husband Jay of Shelbyville, Joseph Lansford of Lufkin, Mike Wagstaff and wife Christy of Shelbyville, Chris Wagstaff of Orange; great grandchildren, Jake Wagstaff, Bryar Wagstaff, Myla Wagstaff, Cole Jones, Kelsey Jones, Kara Jones, Jayleigh Jones, Rhett Jones, Ashlyn Wagstaff, Hailey Wagstaff, Jedd Wagstaff, Riley Wagstaff, Bailey Wagstaff, Chris Wagstaff Jr.; great great grandchild, Gracelyn Leader; brothers, Bobby Wilburn and wife Cora of Joaquin, Price Wilburn of Center; sister, Judy Scarbrough and husband Danny of Huxley; sister-in-law, Barbara Wilburn of Orange; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by husband, Earl Wagstaff; son, Robert Wagstaff; parents, Walter Wilburn and Cynthia Payne Wilburn; brothers, Elmer Ray Wilburn, Gerald Wilburn, Gary Wilburn. Pallbearers will be Joseph Lunsford, Jake Wagstaff, Cole Jones, Bryar Wagstaff, Jedd Wagstaff and Mike Wagstaff. Honorary pallbearers will be Rhett Jones and Riley Wagstaff.
