Obituary for Lowell Cook Mr. Lowell Cook, age 95, of Boaz, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Diversicare of Boaz. There will be a graveside service 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Forrest Home Cemetery. Rev.

Wayne Roden will officiate. Friends and family will serve as casket bearers. A visitation will be held from noon until 1:45 at the funeral home before the service.

He is survived by his children, Pamela Cook Hunter (Wendell), Craig Cook (Jan) and Chris Cook, grandchildren, Haley Parmer, Deseiree, Cook, Nathan Cook and Cody Gray, five great-grandchildren, sister, Lucille Vest, several nieces and nephews, step-brothers, Rinnie, Gary, and James Williams. He is preceded in death by his wife, Erma Cook, second wife, Betty Williams Cook and parents, General and Barcie Cook.
