Obituary for Lowell Dean Newgard Lowell D. Newgard, age 77 of Bloomington, passed away on November 24, 2018 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born June 27, 1941 in Albert Lea, MN. Lowell retired from Grazzini Brothers where he was a terrazzo floor installer for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Newgard; children, Regina McDonough, Cheryl (Vernon) Olson, Steve (Demetria) Newgard, and Terry (Joy) Newgard; Grandchildren, Danielle, Kristen, Jamie, Janel, Laura, Katie, Lanay, and Amber; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Dale (Arlene) Newgard. A service will be held on Friday, December 7th 11:00 a.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 9947 Lyndale Ave South, visitation one-hour prior. Interment, Bloomington Cemetery.
