Obituary of Lucilia Da Costa Lucilia Da Costa (ne Carvalho) passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 11th, 2018 at her home in Port Charlotte, FL. , after short battle with cancer. She was born January 6th, 1941 in Mosteiros, Acores, Portugal to the late Manuel Carvalho and Filomena De Monte Medeiros.

Preceded in death by her husband Adelino Da Costa, a son Manuel Da Costa and siblings Manuel Carballo Jr. and Isabel Moreno. She is survived by one son and three daughters, Francisco Da costa, Lucy Da Costa, Marianne Cardoso and Nancy Dias, sisters Filomena Cabral, Teresa Coelho. Twelve Grandchildren, Jessica Henriques, Samantha Henriques, Andrew Da Costa, Christina Thomas, Ashley Cardoso, Rachel Morais, Bryan Da Costa, Kevin Dias, Dominick Da Costa, Alexandria Brown, Kiersten Da Costa, Matthew Cardoso, and twelve great grandchildren, Natalie Zimmerman, Makayla Zimmerman, Karlee Rawlings, Kimberley Faith Rawlings, Haley Thomas, Destiny Barnes, Addison Brown, Jacob Thomas, Thomas Brown, Savanna rose Morais, Leila Michelle Morais, Isaac Brown and many nieces, nephews and family members.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Lucilia’s visitation at August f. Schmidt Memorial Home at 139 Westfield Ave. , Elizabeth, NJ on Thursday, November 15th, 2018 between 4 to 8 PM. Services to follow on Friday, November 16th, 2018 at Our lady of Fatima RC Church at 403 Spring St., Elizabeth, NJ and burial at Hollywood Memorial Park and Cemetery at 1500 Stuyvesant Ave.

, Union, NJ.
