Memorial Services for Lucretia Jolly Owens, 76, will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Westminster Presbyterian Church with The Rev. Dr. Chris Denny officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the James F. Byrnes Foundation, P.O. Box 6781, Columbia, SC 29260 or Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1715 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC 29210.

Mrs. Owens passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Born in Bamburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Frank B. and Blanch Spencer Jolly. She is survived by her children, Felecia Lawler, Natalie M. Owens, and Morgan Spencer Owens (Hannah), sister, Janelle Aull (Eddie), three grandsons, and numerous adopted Byrnes Scholar Children.

She is predeceased by her brothers, Donnald and James Jolly, and sister, Frances Gooding.
