OBITUARY Lucy Paternostro January 10, 1926 – September 30, 2018 Ms. Lucy Paternostro, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on September 30, 2018 at the age of 92. She was born on January 10, 1926 in Argyle, LA. Ms. Paternostro will be remembered for her love for gardening, reading and enjoyed the Jumble Puzzle from the newspaper.

The most important thing to her was her family and spending time with them. She was an active member of St. Isidore Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Cheryl Taylor, Kenny Paternostro (Gwen), Wesley Paternostro; daughter-in-law, Lou Paternostro; grandchildren, Jeff Taylor (Dana), Phillip Paternostro (Lisa), Carlo Paternostro (Shanell), Jason Taylor (Cherie), Michael Paternostro, Jacob Paternostro (Yvonne), and Lisa Paternostro Gremillion (Scott); eleven great-grandchildren and one brother, Joseph “Joe Joe” Cashio (Marie).

Preceded in death by her husband Louis Paternostro Sr.; son, Louis Paternostro Jr.; grandson, Eddie Paternostro; parents, Carlo and Cruchia Cashio; and six sisters and one brother. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd. , Baton Rouge, on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 5:00pm-9:00pm.

Visitation will resume at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 9:00am until service time of 10:00. Interment will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
