Obituary for Ms. Luebirtha Moore Ms. Luebirtha Moore Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Melville, LA, for Ms. Luebirtha Moore, 95, who entered eternal rest, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at her residence in Melville, LA. Interment will be in Sweet Home Cemetery. Pastor Paul Zachary will officiate the service.

Ms. Moore is survived by three sons, Herbert Moore of Melville, LA, Melvin Vaughns of Melville, LA and Wilkie Vaughns (Doris) of Houston, TX; four daughters, Prince Stelly (Nathan) of Melville, LA, Clara Goudeau of Melville, LA, Eddie Goudeau of Lake Charles, LA and Barbara Goudeau (Matthew) of Melville, LA; 28 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, 23 great-great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends. Ms. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo Moore, Sr.; parents, Monroe Vaughns & Clara Ruffin; three sons, Alonzo, Felix and Eugene Moore; a brother, Monroe Vaughns, Jr.; four sisters, Liza, Luevilla, Mary and Lillian; two grandsons, Ricky Moore and Bryan Keith Moore. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
