Luis was born in Mexico to Francisco and Isabel Gutierrez on April 4, 1958. He is survived by his mother, Isabel Gutierrez; brother, Francisco Gutierrez Jr.; brother, Fernando Gutierrez; brother, Marcos Gutierrez; brother, Enrique Gutierrez; sister, Ramona Cadena; sister, Leonor Burciago; sister, Sylvia Gutierrez; sister, Lucia Puentes, and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by Francisco Gutierrez. A visitation service will be held on, Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Homes- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. A burial service will be held on, Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 Montana Ave. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes- Americas.
