Luis Ovidio Jaramillo Medina of Framingham, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 29, 2018 at the age of 73. He was born in Santa Rosa, Antioquia, Colombia on March 3 of 1945. Devoted son of the late Pastor Maria Jaramillo and the late Carmen E. Medina.

Dear husband of Carmen Emerita Medina de Jaramillo. Devoted father of Dario Jaramillo and his wife Olga Carmona, Beatriz Jaramillo and her husband Evencio Castaño, Hernando Jaramillo and his wife Maria Echavarria, Adiela Jaramillo and her husband Ignacio Mejia, Ferney Jaramillo and his wife Liliana Alzate, Juan Jaramillo and his wife Jenny Medina, Sandra Jaramillo and her husband Jaime Londoño, Girlesa and Maribel Jaramillo and the late Walter Jaramillo. Cherished grandfather of 22 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends will honor Luis’s life by gathering on Sunday December 2nd from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home 971 Saratoga St., East Boston. The funeral home is handicap-accessible, and a children’s lounge is available and again on Monday morning 10:30 A.M at St. Stephen’s church, 221 Concord Street, Framingham, Ma 01702.
