OBITUARY Lula Jean Frank October 29, 1930 – January 2, 2019 L. Jean Frank of Rockport, Texas passed away January 2, 2019. Jean was 88 years old. She was born in Fair Grove, MO on October 29, 1930.

She was married to William F. Frank. Jean was an adventurous, loving, mother who loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren dearly. Together with her husband, Jean loved to travel in their RV throughout the United States, and there was always a grandchild or two with them.

She was a great fisherman, and could spend hours out on the lake fishing. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Frank; son-in-law, James Creekmore, Sr.; brothers, Edward Wommack and Neal Wommack and sisters, Helen Highfill, JoAnn Skidmore and Rosalee Yarberry. Jean is survived by her son, William (Gail) Frank; daughter, Sheila Creekmore; grandchildren, James (Teresa) Creekmore and Elizabeth (Andre) Gaspard and great grandchildren, Hannah Creekmore, Gage and Stella Gaspard.

Private Graveside Services will be held at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville, Texas. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to M. D. Anderson at www.
