Lydia Louise Cook Bayless, 66, of Sarah, MS passed away June 25, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital DeSoto. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Diane Stinson (Mark) of Barlow, KY and Amy Lynn Cummins (Chuck) of Sarah, MS; son, Charles Edward Cook, Jr. (Heather) of Sarah, MS; sisters, Faye Lewallen (James) of Longtown, MS and Jewell Robertson (PeeWee) of Crenshaw, MS; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 4 stepchildren; 4 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents J.D. and Grace Mayo and brothers, Jesse Mayo and Richard Mayo.

Mrs. Bayless was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church in Sledge, MS. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
