Born Monday, October 30, 1950 in McMinnville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Lee and Mary Deltress Rankhorn Spakes. Survivors include: Son- Charlie Ray Hines of Sparta, TN.

Daughter- Mary Ann Nabors (Tony) of McMinnville Brothers- Donald Lee Spakes of Florida Ronny Spakes of Rock Island Dudley Spakes (Ruth) of Sparta Three grandchildren- Aaron Comer Adam Spaulding Patrick Spaulding several nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death: husband- Clinton Ray Hines daughter-Kimberly Lee Spaulding sisters- Charlie Mae Norris Patricia Ann Richardson Della Faye Spakes One grandchild- Shelby LeAnn Comer A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Will Copeland officiating. The family will welcome friends from 12pm until time of the service.
