Lynda K. Olesen, age 73, passed away July 29, 2018. She was born in Council Bluffs on August 3, 1944 to the late John and Beulah (Rounds) Brownfield. She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the class of 1962 and was a member of First Christian Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Olesen; brothers, Lowell and Lanny Brownfield. Lynda is survived by her daughters, Sheri Fricke, Lisa Cundiff, and Lora Hildreth (Bob);… Read More » step-son, Michael Joe Olesen; sister, Lois Austin (Dale); brothers, Larry Brownfield and Louis Brownfield; grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.

Funeral service is 2:00p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Inurnment at a later date in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to First Christian Church.
