Lynise M. Cook October 17, 1953 – February 7, 2019 Lynise M. Cook, 65, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 9:45 pm in Life Care Center of Michigan City. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Pastor Joe Shelton officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm, Saturday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born October 17, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois to Louis and Delores (Clemens) Regnier. On January 19, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois she married Dennis Cook, Sr.who survives in Michigan City, IN. Also surviving are four sons, Dennis Cook, Jr. of Michigan City, IN, Daniel (Valerie) Cook of Lincolnton, NC, Gregory (Kayla) Cook of Portage, IN and Timothy (Elizabeth) Cook of Michigan City, IN; his mother, Delores Regnier of South Haven, IN; 13 grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Lou (Tony) Vallone of IL and Catherine Regnier of Portage, IN; and three brothers, Gregory Regnier of Valparaiso, IN, Louis (Debra) Regnier of WI and Timothy Regnier of Valparaiso, IN.

She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Regnier; son, Richard Cook; and her brother Richard Regnier. Lynise enjoyed knitting and playing solitaire. Contributions may be made to the family of Lynise Cook in care of Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN.
