Lynne A. Rybak November 30, 1959 – April 22, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card It is with a heavy heart we share the unexpected passing of Lynne A. Rybak, 59, on April 22, 2019. Born November 30, 1959 in the Army hospital in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, she is survived by her loving son Myles of Arnold, MD; parents Warren & Sally Rybak of Cherry Hill, NJ; sister Susan Rybak of Mr. Laurel, NJ; sister and brother-in-law Sandy and Rodney Luck; nephew Matthew; nieces Erin, Heather, and Becky of Arnold, MD; as well as extended family in New Jersey. Lynne was raised in New Jersey, graduated from Cherry Hill High School East in 1977 and at age 21 joined the Air Force.

She served 5 years in the Air Force as a financial/pay roll specialist. After leaving the Air Force, Lynn continued working in the financial field at several banks until she discovered Real Estate. She then enjoyed a successful career as a Real Estate agent, eventually combining the two specialties for a long career in the mortgage business.

In recent years, she earned her Associate Degree from Anne Arundel Community College. Lynne had an exuberant personality, full of sunshine and light. She had boundless energy and talents.

Her truest passion was cooking with gardening a close second, though she was always happy crafting and decorating too. A swimmer in her early years earned her accolades and many lifelong friends, especially those from Downs Farm. She was so happy to have reconnected with many old friends.

She had been anxiously awaiting her move back home to retire and spend time with her parents. As a single parent, the greatest light in her life was her son Myles. Anyone who knew Lynne can attest that he was her world, his biggest fan and cheerleader.

There was little time that there was not a houseful of boys and Lynne loved every one of them. Her favorite time was cooking for Myles, her boys and Brianna, whom she loved like a daughter. Lynne was one of the strongest people you could have met.

She overcame so much and always kept going. She was a truly generous, kind, caring person, but her fiery personality was there when needed. She will always be loved and is already greatly missed.

As long as there is “sunshine” she will be in our hearts. Family and friends are invited to the visitation from 1pm to 2pm Saturday, June 22 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Memorial service 2pm at the funeral home.

Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the Lynne Rybak Memorial Fund has been set up at the Navy Federal Credit Union to benefit Myles for his upcoming needs.
