Lynne Petro Hanhilammi, born September 3,1934 in Elyria, Ohio passed into a life of greater glory on February 11, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Myrtle Petro, husband R.John Hanhilammi, brother Charles C. Petro, grandson Jon Reasoner. Survived by daughters Myrlyn Reasoner and Annette (Tom) Parker; sister-in-law Irene Petro, brother John (Carol) Petro; grandchildren Bradly (Kim) Parker, Leah (Rob)Ross, Robert Reasoner; great-grandchildren Lydia Parker, Corvin Parker and Robert Ross IV; and special friend Cleo Eddie, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lynne loved to travel and had many adventures, both in the USA and overseas. She was employed for over thirty years in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry in many capacities and was President (Lynne P. Guttliep) of the Cleveland Chapter of CPCU. Lynne was a “cradle” Episcopalian and was a member of many parishes in Ohio and Maine.

She was active as a member of youth groups, prayer groups, choirs, Alter Guilds, Lay Readers, Lay Eucharistic Ministers, vestries, co-chair of Building Committee( St Andrews, Pickerington, Oh) and Senior Warden at two Parishes. She was also an active member of the Upper Arlington Senior Center, making many caring friends there. Visitation will take place Thursday, February 14 from 4 pm until 7 pm at O.R. Woodyard Northwest Chapel, 2990 Bethel Rd.

Celebration of Life to be held Friday at 10 am at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, 7121 Murifield Blvd. Dublin, Ohio. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in memory of Lynne to St. Patrick’s Church; Lifeline of Ohio, 770 Kinnear Rd.
