OBITUARY Lyon Jacques Delcambre January 27, 1970 – September 16, 2018 New Iberia – A memorial service celebrating the life of Lyon Jacques Delcambre will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Evangeline Funeral Home. Rev. Craig Davis, Pastor of First United Methodist Church will be the officiant.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Evangeline Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 pm and will continue after the service until 9:00 pm. Lyon passed away September 16, 2018 in Dallas, Texas while working in Midland. Lyon worked in the Oilfield all his life.

When not working, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his son, Wesley J. Delcambre.

Lyon was preceded in death by his mother, Sammye Marie Delcambre; and his grandparents, Sampson Delcambre and Medie Lou Webb Delcambre.
