Madonna J. Clemons Stephens, 78, of Claypool, Indiana passed at 8:48 pm, Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her daughter’s residence. She was born on March 1, 1940 in Rochester, Ind. to Ernest and Deloras (Easterday) Tucker.

She married on July 3, 1958 in Mexico, Ind. to Harold Clemons, he preceded her May 9, 1988. She then married on April 20, 1990 in Warsaw, Ind.

to Thomas C. Stephens, he survives. She was a homemaker. She attended Akron High School.

She was a member of the Shiloh Chapel. Madonna enjoyed doing crafts and spending as much time as she could with her family. Survivors and place of residence: Husband – Thomas Stephens – Akron, Ind.

Children – Donna and husband Richard Carr – Claypool, Ind. Brenda and husband Danny Hostetler – Lafayette, Ind. Ernest Clemons – Peru, Ind.
