HARRIS, Mr. Marcus Dewayne “Black” – age 46, passed away, Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at McLaren Hospital Oakland. Family hour 1:30PM Friday, March 22, 2019 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral service commencing immediately at 2:00PM. Bishop Antonio Gibson, Officiating.

Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 North Perry Street. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:30PM Friday. Mr. Harris will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday.

Mr. Harris leaves to cherish his memory: daughters, Naqueisha Stanley, Inique and Leeasia Harris; grandchildren, King Stanley, Majesty Vega, Trayvon Harris and Zaiden Moorehead; father, Joseph Harris, Jr; grandparents, Mary Scott and Joe Harris, Sr., siblings, Tyrone “TyWillie” Harris, Damian Jamar Harris and Marcella Jo Harris; and other relatives and friends including special friends, Will, Lou and Money. Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his mother, Anita Harris; grandmother, Magnolia Harris; aunts, Beverly Tidwell, Slyvia Scott, Nancy Mayes and Dorothy Smith; uncles, Nolan Scott, Willie Scott and Ricky Harris.
